It can cause a cosmetically poor appearance and at the same time, the friction of the sagging skins together can cause irritation and hygiene problems.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #262626;\">In thigh or leg stretching surgery, a small amount of adipose tissue is removed along with excess and sagging skin tissue, it is not a leg thinning surgery. Depending on the excess of the skin, the incisions may be only in the groin, but sometimes they may extend to the inner thigh.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #262626;\">If the patient smokes, it is recommended to stop weeks before surgery.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #262626;\">The operation lasts an average of 2-3 hours under general anaesthesia. Drains are used to prevent blood accumulation.
