What Are Fillers?

Fillers are substances used to provide a younger and more aesthetic appearance by replacing the lost volume in the skin and soft tissues. Since it is applied by injection, its application is easy and the desired result can be easily achieved. Today, there are a wide variety of fillers, and the most commonly used filler is hyaluronic acid.

With the ageing process, cheekbones, chin and under eyes lose their tight and voluminous structure in the youth years. This process occurs with the effect of gravity and time and is also explained as the loss of ovality in the face. With filler applications, it is possible to both reshape the face area proportionally and remove the signs of ageing. The hyaluronic acid content used in filler applications is a polysaccharide already present in the human body.
